Logo & Emblem

The inspiration for the Glance logo is rooted in its namesake. The halftone blur typography system serves as a tangible embodiment of the act of glancing—a swift and fleeting gaze. The circular elements within the halftone encapsulate the essence and technological core of the brand. The strategically placed asterisk offers a dual reading of “Glance” as both a name and an action. Additionally, it subtly alludes to the flagship product line of refrigerators, resembling a snowflake to symbolize cold. The deliberate spacing between the asterisk and the “G” in Glance signifies the importance of focus and discipline, core values upheld by the company.

Colors

The selection of colors to embody the brand was a deliberate and precise process. “Balsamic” and “Milk” were chosen to represent the quintessential dark and light values, with subtle variations in tint carefully calibrated to ensure optimal representation across digital platforms. The choice of “Lime” was inspired by a thoughtful reflection on the appliance industry. In a landscape where many competitors opt for red or blue, our decision to embrace green is a strategic move, reflecting our commitment to environmental values, promoting peace of mind, and conveying a sense of optimism.

This seamless interaction is demonstrated through an animation, highlighting the convenience and efficiency of the Glance experience.

Glance-Center, the app for SuperGlance-equipped refrigerators, simplifies kitchen management. Its user-friendly UX/UI design ensures effortless tracking of inventory, identifies items, and suggests recipes. The streamlined interface makes controlling the SuperGlance camera system easy, fostering a seamless and efficient user experience.
